The team from Webb Paton, a rural chartered surveying firm, which includes graduates from Harper Adams will be challenging themselves to raise £20,000 for charity later this month to celebrate the business turning 20 years old.
They will be undertaking the Ridgeway Challenge, a trek taking place over four days totalling 87 miles. It will begin on Friday, September 27 at Ivinghoe Beacon on the Ashridge Estate and finish at Overton Hill in the Marlborough Downs on Monday, September 30. The team is inviting the public to join them on day four to complete the final leg of their journey.
Money raised will be donated to the Farming Community Network, a voluntary organisation which provides free, confidential, pastoral and practical support to anyone who seeks help, as well as Macmillan Cancer Support.
Within the team is Becky Meredith, who graduated from Harper Adams in 2016 and Helen Wiltshire, who will graduate later this week.
